TERMS OF USE

OUR MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE AND REFUND POLICY
We are confident that our clients will be satisfied and happy with our services, as we always follow all the commitments and requirements of our clients and deliver the most exceptional services for them. The approval of the Client’s Refund Request is subject to the following Terms and Conditions:

  • Before Initial Design Delivery:
    If the refund request is made before the delivery of the initial design concepts, it will be accepted and processed (with the deduction of a 1% processing and service fee).

  • Within 48 Hours of Initial Design Delivery:
    If the refund request is made within 48 hours of the delivery of the initial design concepts, it will be accepted and processed for a 70% refund (with the deduction of a 15% processing and service fee).

  • Between 48-120 Hours of Initial Design Delivery:
    If the refund request is made between 48-120 hours of the delivery of the initial design concepts, it will be accepted and processed for a 35% refund (with the deduction of a 15% processing and service fee).

  • After 120 Hours of Initial Design Delivery:
    If the refund request is made after 120 hours of the delivery of the initial design concepts, it will not be entertained or processed. However, you can contact us for any concerns, as we believe in 100% customer satisfaction.

  • No Activity for 30 Days:
    No refund request will be entertained if you have not taken any action on your order for 30 days after placing your order. However, if you want to reactivate your design order, you will be charged a certain fee depending on your project.

  • After Final File Delivery:
    The refund request will not be accepted or processed after the final files are delivered.

  • Video Animation Packages:
    Refunds will not be accepted or processed for video animation packages, after the delivery and approval of the video animation design storyboard.

  • Service Packages:
    After the delivery of the initial animation, our client’s requests for service packages will become invalid and void.

  • Custom Packages:
    If you are availing of our Custom packages, a refund will be applicable as per the individual package.

  • Refund Policy for Video Animation:
    The refund policy for the video animation will be applicable only when requesting a logo animation and web designing service.

  • Feedback Policy:
    Tailored Tech LLC provides unlimited revisions until the client is fully satisfied. If the design concept is not according to the brief, a refund will not be provided. Only valid reasons are accepted based on the design brief and the client’s feedback for revision.

  • Unethical Refund Requests:
    The refund policy will not be applicable if the client has placed design orders that are more than one design with the intention to claim a refund. This is not fair and ethical, and we reserve the right to reject such refund requests.

  • Timely and Constructive Feedback:
    As per the nature of designing jobs, timely and constructive feedback from the client is essential for the completion of the design. The refund policy will not be applicable if the client fails to communicate and provide feedback for the desired outcome.

THE PROCESS OF REFUND REQUEST
If you are eligible for a refund as per the Terms and Conditions, your refund request will be processed as follows:

Tailored Tech LLC will try to resolve your issue according to our revision policy and will also email you a refund request form from Tailored Tech LLC’s refund department. Your design rights will be forfeited by Tailored Tech LLC after the refund. Therefore, you will not be allowed to display or use any version of the design delivered by Tailored Tech LLC. Tailored Tech LLC also asserts that:

  • You do not have any right to use any feedback, content, or information.
  • You do not have any right to have any ownership interest in or to the same.
  • Tailored Tech LLC will file Copyright Acquisition Data for the refunded designs in collaboration with Government Copyright Agencies that would prevent the reproduction of the designs as original designs in the future.

We have a specified date for the confirmation of your order. An email is delivered to the client about their design order delivery to our client’s “My ID” area. On the order confirmation date, all the design order files are delivered. The design order delivery email is sent to the client to notify them about the order’s delivery made to their ID area. We have a complete delivery procedure to ensure there are no complaints from our side. Each policy related to refunding and revising is governed by the order time and order date to the client’s ID area. Through email, we deliver our custom-made orders within 4 to 5 days of receiving your order. Tailored Tech LLC provides you with “Speedy Delivery” through which you can avail of incredible samples of services within 48 hours by just paying $150 extra.
